What is the label dose of Melonex?
The label dose is one capsule a day, taken with an 8 oz glass of water.
That is a full cup, not a sip. The serving size on the Supplement Facts panel is also one capsule, so the starting line and the serving agree.
The label then adds that you may take up to two capsules daily. It does not say who should, when, or why. It also warns: do not exceed the recommended dose.
Is it safe to take two Melonex a day?
Two a day is allowed by the label wording, but the label gives no reason to choose it over one.
