The Melonex refund policy is the 60-day money-back guarantee, handled by the order desk of the brand's sales site. A refund goes back to the card you paid with.
We are a seller of the Official U.S. Melonex shop. We do not hold your money and we cannot refund it. All refund steps run through the number +1 (855) 889-3137 and the sales site (Melonex sales page).
What follows is a plain summary of what the brief and the sales page tell us. Rules can change, so confirm the live policy at checkout before you pay.

How do you cancel a Melonex order?
Call the order desk on +1 (855) 889-3137 as soon as you can, and have your order ID ready. The desk handles changes, and a cancellation is a change.
No cancellation deadline is printed. We cannot tell you whether an order can still be stopped once it has shipped, so speed matters. Call the same day.
The website email, [email protected], cannot see orders and cannot cancel them. Do not wait on a reply from it.

Is Melonex a subscription?
No subscription showed on the buy page we read. It listed three one-time packs: 2, 3 and 6 bottles.
We found no auto-ship, membership or recurring plan, and no extra offer added at checkout. That is a reading of the page on October 19, 2026, not a promise about every future order (Melonex sales page).
Before you enter card details, look at the checkout screen for words like monthly, recurring, auto-ship or membership. If you see none, one pack is one charge.
Call the order desk first with your order ID. If it does not resolve, your card issuer has its own dispute process. Keep your confirmation and the notes from each call.

How do you return Melonex capsules?
Call, pack, mail with tracking, and wait for the credit. The return goes to the returns address, not to the label address.

Do you get the shipping fee back on a Melonex refund?
That is not printed. The 2-bottle pack carries $9.99 shipping, and nothing we read says whether it comes back.
The 3-bottle pack at $207 and the 6-bottle pack at $294 ship free in the US, so no shipping charge exists to return. Your own return postage is a separate cost. The buyer pays it, and it is not refunded as far as we can tell.

What if your Melonex bottle arrives damaged or the seal is broken?
Do not use it. The label says not to use the product if the safety seal is damaged or missing.
